Refund Policy
Fees charged by the licensed immigration practitioners who are introduced by Final Frontier Pvt Ltd but who operate independently of Final Frontier Pvt Ltd are non-refundable. If a lawyer or licensed immigration professional is retained by anyone introduced by Final Frontier Pvt Ltd, the person must agree to the specific terms and conditions with that lawyer or licensed immigration practitioner, including refund policies agreed between the parties.
The Client acknowledges that the granting of a visa or status and the time required for processing this application is at the sole discretion of the government and not the Regulated Canadian immigration consultant (RCIC). Furthermore, the Client acknowledges that fees are not refundable in the event of an application refusal.
If, however, the RCIC or professional staff do not complete the tasks identified under section 2 of the retainer agreement, the RCIC will refund part or all of the professional fees collected. The Client may discharge representation and terminate the retainer Agreement, upon writing, at which time any outstanding fees or Disbursements will be refunded by the RCIC to the Client/any outstanding fees or Disbursements will be remitted by the Client to the RCIC.

We are not a law firm or a substitute for a lawyer or law firm. We cannot provide any kind of advice, explanation, opinion, or recommendation about possible legal rights, remedies, defenses, options, selection of forms or strategies, unless you retain a licensed immigration practitioner at Final Frontier Pvt Ltd.
